Headings are used to organize a large list into groups
Adding new heading
To create a new heading, open a reference in Ref Manager (double-click the reference in database list), (1) add heading, (2) save
Refresh database list
Collapse heading
Headings can be collpased or opened for easy viewing
Right-click menu and renaming headings
In addition to different collapsing / uncollapsing option, you can also use it to rename heading. This will rename heading field for all references under this heading. (1) Change the field name here and (2) Click 'Rename' to rename it.
